This page reflects the current draft WordPress build. It should be reviewed again before final launch if analytics, email marketing, CRM integrations, booking tools, payment tools or other third-party services are added.
Who we are
The public brand is Wayne Francis. The trading entity is SF&W Project Solutions. Axis AI is the method and product layer used to support workflows; it is not the trading company.

What personal information we collect
If you submit the Website & Systems Review form, the website may collect your name, email address, business name, website URL, phone number if provided, selected review route, enquiry details, current tools and any other information you choose to provide.
If you email Wayne directly, the email will include the information you send, your email address and any related email metadata.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry or review request.
- To understand your website, lead system or AI workflow requirement.
- To prepare a practical recommendation or next-step reply.
- To keep a record of communication and agreed actions.
- To send a relevant summary, checklist or follow-up only where appropriate and lawful.
Lawful basis
For enquiries and review requests, the usual lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who have contacted the business and managing prospective client relationships. If a visitor asks for a service or quote, some processing may also be necessary before entering into a contract.
Any optional marketing-style follow-up must follow UK GDPR and PECR. Consent checkboxes must stay optional and unticked by default.
Forms and notifications
The Website Review form is currently built using Jetpack Forms on WordPress.com. Form responses may be stored in the WordPress dashboard and sent by email notification to wayne@waynefrancis.co.uk.
The form includes optional follow-up consent. This consent is not required to submit an enquiry and should remain unticked by default.
Who provides the website platform
The site is hosted on WordPress.com during this draft stage. WordPress.com and related Automattic/Jetpack services may process technical data needed to host, secure, deliver and operate the site.
AI-supported work
Axis AI and related AI-supported workflows may help with drafting, organising, summarising or reviewing business information. Personal, confidential or client-sensitive information should not be entered into AI tools unless there is a lawful basis, suitable controls and a clear reason to do so.
How long we keep information
Enquiry and review information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, keep business records and meet legal or accounting requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent where consent is being used.

If you are unhappy with how your personal information is handled, please contact Wayne first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
